Another weight loss and fitness blog kept by someone unhappy with their status quo but willing to work to change it. I'll share my goals, inspiration, progress, and a number of other things that realistically most people perusing the interwebs won't have any reason to give a damn about. I only post publicly to keep myself accountable. If you do chose to follow along, though, you are very welcome. Maybe we can stay motivated to manifest change together.
What's most important to me is feeling healthy, comfortable and confident in my skin, being active, and practicing good eating habits but I've chosen to set some numeric goals to give me a guide to note my progress.
